Ms. Fanny Adolf is a teacher who appears in both the book and television series. She is Hank's teacher who despises even the concept of any thing fun. She is very harsh towards students in her class who don't understand the lessons, like Hank Zipzer. She is normally seen wearing all grey, seeing as it is a colour that reassembles evilness, which associates greatly with her harsh personality.
Fanny Adolf wanted to take over Westbrook Academy to turn it into a prison-style school, where students are carefully supervised, where underachieving students are punished until they get better at the subject, which failed. She is also a fencing competitor, in which she keeps her swords in a cupboard inside her classroom.
She is also the deputy headteacher of Westbrook Academy.
Ms. Adolf, along with nearly all of the other characters, has dark brown hair, albeit a little lighter. She has brown eyes and has her hair tied back into a bun on the back of her head. In the Books she has glasses and grey hair, but in the television series she has dark brown hair.
She is a very strict woman, who hates fun and is a control freak, along with a no-nonsense teaching style.
Henry Zipzer Edit
Ms. Adolf does not like Hank, as he normally misbehaves in her lessons, and often gets Ds and Fs on his report card.
Mr. Rock Edit
She also doesn't like the music teacher, Mr. Rock, as he likes to have fun, of which Ms. Adolf hates.
Nicolas McKelty Edit
Ms. Adolf likes Nick McKelty because he is well behaved. She does not give Nick McKelty a detention and she gives him As or Bs on his school report.
